Is working in high school really worth the little amount of money you get?

“Sometimes I have trouble getting stuff in on time, or I have to stay up late to work on it”

Kids are using time that should be done doing homework working for money there going to spend fast.

“Probably not worth it, but it’s better than sitting home doing nothing”

Teens that spend most of their time working can develop a good work ethic. And when there not working they will probably be at home doing homework because it’s too late.

“If I have to work to late I can’t hang out with friends, But some nights I have enough time to”

Teens spend so much time making money so they can hang out with friends, but they spend most of their time working so they can’t be with friends.
So are these jobs in high school any benefit at all?
